Posthog and Intercom integrated in Project Echo

A few days ago I integrated Posthog and Intercom within the Project Echo app.

Posthog was added because it allows me to start gathering important usage data. This data can be used to help me track important conversion rates, and get a sense of what users are doing (and not doing) within the app.

Intercom is my favorite support tool and even though it will cost some money, I want to use it for providing support to users. The Intercom chat widget now appears in the bottom right hand corner of every page within the app. Users can click it and start a chat with me directly. If I'm not only, FIN, Intercom's AI bot will provide assistance, including escalating it to me.

I haven't yet set up Intercom completely, that's on my long to-do list.
